In short. Pingler does not collect any data. The page addresses you enter are sent directly from your device to search engines and ping services so they can index your pages.
About this policy
This policy explains how Pingler (iPhone, iPad and Mac) handles your data. The app is developed by ONLYAPPS d.o.o., Futoška 1A, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia (registration number 21858277), the controller of any personal data described here. Contact: privacy@onlyapps.org.
The app does not require registration and never asks for your name, email or phone number.
What the app collects
The app does not collect any data. It works entirely on your device: we receive no analytics, no identifiers and nothing you create in the app.
Services Pingler contacts
When you ping a page, the app sends its address (URL) from your device to public ping endpoints of search engines and blog services. These services receive the request directly and handle it under their own policies. Do not ping addresses you want to keep private.
What we never collect
- Your name, email or phone number
- Usage statistics or crash reports
- Your location
- The list of addresses you ping — it stays on your device
Third-party services
- Apple App Store — app distribution.
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep data
We do not store any data from Pingler, because the app does not send any to us.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Because the app does not know who you are, the data we receive is not linked to you and we usually cannot single out your records — but we will always answer your request at privacy@onlyapps.org within 30 days. You can stop all data collection at any time by deleting the app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs).
Children
Pingler is not directed at children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page; earlier versions remain available in the document history.
