In short. Ruble shows official exchange rates and knows nothing about you. It downloads public rate data, and anonymous usage statistics and crash reports help us keep it working.
About this policy
This policy explains how Ruble (Mac) handles your data. The app is developed by ONLYAPPS d.o.o., Futoška 1A, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia (registration number 21858277), the controller of any personal data described here. Contact: privacy@onlyapps.org.
The app does not require registration and never asks for your name, email or phone number.
What the app collects

Exchange rate data
Rates are downloaded from official Bank of Russia data. These requests contain no personal information. Your currency pairs and display settings are stored only on your Mac.
What we never collect
- Your name, email or phone number
- Your location
- Your financial information
- Files on your Mac
Third-party services
- Firebase (Google LLC) — anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. Firebase privacy
- AppMetrica (Yandex) — anonymous usage statistics and crash reports.
- Apple App Store — app distribution.
These services process data under their own privacy policies and may do so outside Serbia. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep data
We do not keep personal data about you on our servers. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are stored by Firebase and AppMetrica for a limited period according to their settings (typically up to 14 months) and are then deleted.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Because the app does not know who you are, the data we receive is not linked to you and we usually cannot single out your records — but we will always answer your request at privacy@onlyapps.org within 30 days. You can stop all data collection at any time by deleting the app, and you can limit analytics in your device privacy settings. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs).
Children
Ruble is not directed at children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page; earlier versions remain available in the document history.
