In short. VPN Russia does not log your traffic, the websites you visit or your DNS queries. We keep only what is needed to run your subscription and keep the service stable.
About this policy
This policy explains how VPN Russia (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Android) handles your data. The app is developed by ONLYAPPS d.o.o., Futoška 1A, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia (registration number 21858277), the controller of any personal data described here. Contact: privacy@onlyapps.org.
The app does not require registration and never asks for your name, email or phone number.

How the VPN handles your traffic
- When you connect, your internet traffic is encrypted and routed through our servers in Russia.
- While a connection is active, the server necessarily sees your device's IP address to deliver data back to you. We do not record it.
- We do not log or inspect the content of your traffic, the websites and apps you use, or your DNS queries.
- We may keep aggregated, anonymous metrics — for example total server load or the number of active connections — that cannot be linked to any user.
- VPN Russia is not intended to bypass legal restrictions; it protects your connection.
What we never collect
- Your name, email or phone number
- Logs of your traffic, visited websites or DNS queries
- Your IP address after the connection ends
- Payment card details — payments are handled by the store
Third-party services
- Firebase (Google LLC) — anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. Firebase privacy
- AppMetrica (Yandex) — anonymous usage statistics and crash reports.
- Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution and subscription payments. Payments are processed entirely by the store; we receive only the status of your subscription and never see your payment details.
These services process data under their own privacy policies and may do so outside Serbia. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep data
The installation identifier and subscription status are kept while you use the service and deleted when they are no longer needed to provide your subscription. Traffic is never stored. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are stored by Firebase and AppMetrica for a limited period according to their settings (typically up to 14 months).
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Because the app does not know who you are, the data we receive is not linked to you and we usually cannot single out your records — but we will always answer your request at privacy@onlyapps.org within 30 days. You can stop all data collection at any time by deleting the app, and you can limit analytics in your device privacy settings. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs).
Children
VPN Russia is not directed at children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page; earlier versions remain available in the document history.
